My journey

I started practicing yoga in 1999, I was looking for a discipline that will help me in my everyday life. I started with books and day by day it became a pleasure for me a while. Then my path crossed the road of Marie Jo Martin who was a master for me, and who helped me to become aware of the subtle of what we do not see, but that we feel with his heart and not with his head. I followed with her an Energy Yoga training. An experience which enriched me a little more, and from a pleasure yoga became a passion, for today to be part of my life of my balance , of my well being. I also have a Hatha Yoga Sivananda Yoga TTC / RYS 200 training Yoga is not a sport but a state of being, to learn to reconnect with the essential, with oneself, with one's being. . In the search for well-being and listening to the body, I trained as a health educator with Ayurveda and Ayurvedic massage. I received Reiki training 1st and 2nd degree, But as I am always looking to improve the daily life and the balance of the people around me, I trained in Bach Flowers for everything that is emotional and naturopathy.
